What is your Return Policy?

We do not allow returns or exchanges of any items. Please make sure you have sized your items properly. Most stores offer both youth and adult items, make sure you have selected the proper size. All items are produced for a specific order, once it has been decorated, personalized or altered, it cannot be returned for any reason.

If your item has a manufacturer defect, we will accept returns within 15 days of your order delivery (to you or your group representative). The item will be either replaced or refunded at our sole discretion.
