Please verify your fit/size (ADULT / YOUTH) when you place your order as decorated items cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Decorated / Personalized Items
Custom decorated items (embroidered or printed) and items that have had alterations (hem length, etc.) cannot be returned for credit or exchanges for any reason including sizing issues.

Defective Items
If your item has a manufacturer defect and a photo is provided to show defect, we will accept returns within 7 days of your order delivery (to you or your group representative). The item will be either replaced or refunded at our sole discretion. Please note, in many cases, we cannot print just one item to replace something damaged.

Undecorated Items
Any unused item that has not been personalized, embroidered, custom printed, and/or altered may be returned for 25% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater. Items must be returned in unused condition (unwashed, unworn and with the original packaging and tags) within 15 days. Credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after receipt of goods.
